Waze Terms of Use (en)

Waze rewrote large parts of its Terms of Use, mainly to add EU/UK/Swiss consumer-protection rights. New additions include a 14-day right to cancel for EEA users, a legal guarantee that Waze must keep the app working as promised (with extra protections for French users), advance notice before Waze changes the app or these terms, and narrower rules for when Waze can block your account. The update also removes several one-sided clauses that had let Waze deny almost all responsibility, made you cover Waze's legal costs if you broke the rules, and cut down how long you had to sue. No changes in this version take away rights, add new data collection or sharing, or make cancellation/billing harder.

The expenses of such connection are as prescribed by the agreement between you and your communication service provider (such as your cellular company), and according to its applicable terms of payment.
