Privacy Policy
XING updated its Privacy Policy mainly to reflect a change in which legal entity is responsible for processing your data (from New Work SE to XING SE & Co. KG) and renamed its "social network" terminology to "jobs network" throughout the glossary. No changes were made to what data is collected, how it's shared, or your rights.
Responsibility for your data moved to a different legal entity
XING changed the company named as the data controller from New Work SE to XING SE & Co. KG. This doesn't change what data is collected or how it's used, but it does change which legal entity is formally accountable for your data and whom you should contact for privacy requests or complaints.
