Sexual conditions, such as STDs and sexual problems, need a medical evaluation and treatment. Frequently, there are no STD symptoms, although there's sometimes a discharge from the vagina or the penis and burning or pain during urination. Doctors use STD tests to diagnose sexually transmitted diseases such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and trichomoniasis.
