Copyright Policy

Nothing about your rights changed. The only difference is in the scrambled codes Vimeo uses to hide its copyright contact email addresses from spam bots — those codes are regenerated automatically and point to the same email addresses as before.

Cosmetic change: formatting, typos, or contact details.

± CHANGEDSpam-protection codes on the copyright contact emails were regenerated

Vimeo hides the email addresses for its Copyright Agent behind a scrambling system that produces a new random-looking code each time the page is built. Those codes changed, but the mailing address, phone, fax, and contact person (Karen Smith, 330 West 34th Street, New York) are all the same.
