What changed, in plain language

Nothing in the actual terms changed. The only difference is the scrambled code inside two email links (for DMCA claims and general contact), which is how the site hides email addresses from spam bots. These codes rotate on their own and point to the same addresses. Your rights and obligations are exactly the same as before.

This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).
