This update only reorganizes the links at the bottom of the privacy policy page. The 'VA.gov online services terms of use' link was moved out of the 'Account policies' section into its own new 'Terms of use' section, and some stray formatting artifacts ('- * *') were removed. No policy language, rights, or data practices changed.

This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).
