Terms of Use

TradingView updated the wording in its refund rule for AI Features subscriptions. Refunds are still based on how much of your AI usage you have left, but the previous version tied this to "credits" while the new version calls it a "usage allowance for the billing period." The underlying rule — full use means no refund — has not changed.

± CHANGEDRefund basis for AI Features renamed from "credits" to "usage allowance"

The rule for refunding AI Features subscriptions still lets you get a refund within 14 days of payment, based on how much of your usage you haven't used yet. The only change is that TradingView now calls this your "usage allowance for the billing period" instead of "remaining unused credits." If you've used all of your allowance, you still won't get a refund, just like before.
