Terms of Use
TradingView changed how free trials work. Instead of a fixed 30-day free trial, the trial length can now vary by plan, region, and platform, and will be shown to you when you sign up. The rest of the billing rules — automatic charges after the trial and cancellation on your own — stayed the same.
Trial length is now variable instead of a guaranteed 30 days
Before, you knew any trial gave you 30 free days. Now the free period could be shorter — maybe 7 days, maybe 14 — depending on the plan, your country, and where you sign up. Since the trial turns into a paid subscription automatically, a shorter trial means the first charge can land sooner than you expect. TradingView does say the length will be shown when you sign up, which limits the harm.
“The duration of the trial may vary depending on the plan, region, and platform, and will be shown when the user signs up for the trial.”
What you can do — When you start a trial, note the exact end date shown at signup and set a reminder a day or two before it. Cancel in the billing section of your Settings page if you don't want to be charged — an email or support ticket does not count as cancelling.

± CHANGEDFree trial length is no longer fixed at 30 days The old terms promised a 30-day free trial on selected paid plans. Now the trial length can be different depending on the plan you pick, where you live, and whether you sign up on the website or an app. TradingView says it will show you the length when you start the trial. ± CHANGEDFree trials are now optional, not guaranteed The wording moved from users "can try" selected plans to users "may be offered" a trial. ± CHANGEDAutomatic charge at the end of the trial spelled out more clearly The old text just said the trial "automatically converts" to a paid plan if you don't cancel. The new text adds that the subscription fee will actually be charged at the end of the trial. This is the same practice, just stated more plainly. | ||
