Cookies Policy
TradingView added a new entry to its cookies table disclosing a specific advertising tracking technology (Floodlight tags, using IDE and DSID cookies) that measures ad campaign effectiveness and tracks ad conversions. This adds a named, more specific third-party ad-tracking mechanism to the existing advertising/remarketing cookie category.
New advertising tracking cookies added (IDE, DSID / Floodlight tags)
TradingView now explicitly discloses a new set of tracking cookies and pixels used to measure ad performance and conversions. This is a narrower, more specific form of the advertising/remarketing tracking already disclosed elsewhere in the policy, so it expands the detail of existing ad tracking rather than introducing a brand-new category of data collection.
“These cookies and web beacons (Floodlight tags) are used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to track ad conversions. Examples of cookies used for this purpose are IDE and DSID.”
What you can do — If you want to limit this kind of ad tracking, you can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of personalized ads through Google's Ad Settings.
