Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SPBOSS ("we", "us", "our") website (https://spboss.mobi), app, and services ("Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Site. Users must be 18+. We may update Terms; check regularly.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms are a binding contract. Supplemental terms may apply. We may change Terms anytime; continued use means acceptance. Site content is for informational use only, not for illegal activities.

2. Intellectual Property

Site content and marks are our property, protected by IP laws. Limited license for personal, non-commercial use. No copying or commercial exploitation without permission.

3. User Representations

You warrant: accurate info; legal capacity; no minors; no automated access; no illegal use; compliance with laws. False info may lead to account suspension.

4. User Registration

Keep login secure. We may change usernames if inappropriate.

5. Prohibited Activities

No scraping, fraud, security interference, harm to us/Site, harassment, illegal use, spam, unauthorized framing/linking, impersonation, or competing with us.

6. User Contributions

Contributions (posts, etc.) must not infringe rights, be false/misleading, obscene, harassing, or illegal. You warrant ownership and consents.

7. Contribution License

You grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to use Contributions. We own no rights but may edit/remove them. Reviews must be honest, non-discriminatory.

8. Mobile App License

Limited, revocable license for personal use on your devices. No reverse engineering, modification, or commercial use. Comply with App Store terms.

9. Submissions

Feedback is non-confidential; we may use it freely without compensation.

10. Site Management

We may monitor, restrict, or remove content; report violations; no obligation to monitor.

11. Privacy Policy

See our Privacy Policy. Data processed in India; continued use implies consent to transfer.

12. Copyright Infringements

Report violations to us. We may forward notices; false claims may incur liability.

13. Term and Termination

Terms apply while using Site. We may terminate access anytime for violations. No new accounts post-termination.

14. Modifications

We may update Site without notice; no liability for downtime.

15. Governing Law

Indian law applies; exclusive jurisdiction in Indian courts.

16. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration via ICAC (Brussels) for disputes; one arbitrator, English language, Indian law. No class actions. Exceptions: IP, privacy, injunctive relief in courts.

We may fix errors without notice.

Site as-is; no warranties. No liability for errors, interruptions, viruses, or third-party content.

19. Limitations of Liability

No liability for indirect damages, lost profits, etc.

20. Indemnification

You indemnify us against claims from your use, Contributions, or breaches.

22. Electronic Communications

Emails/forms are electronic; you consent to e-signatures and notices.
