Rightmove added two new uses for personal data (member 'value analytics'/audience insights and 'look-alike audience' ad targeting) and named a new advertising partner, Ozone, with whom it may share device, location, cookie, and browsing data for ad delivery and audience-building. The rest of the diff is just a date-stamp update.
New cross-linking of your enquiry, viewing, and contact data for 'analytics'
Rightmove now links data from different sources (your enquiries, property views, and contact details) that Members give it with what it already knows about you, to work out things like which other sites you might have used or how you moved through the buying/renting process. Even though the output shared with Members is supposed to be aggregated, this is a new way your personal data gets combined and analyzed internally.

New ad-targeting use: look-alike audiences
Your data may now be used to build profiles of similar users so Rightmove (and likely its ad partners) can target ads more precisely. This typically means more of your behavioral data feeding into advertising systems, even if not directly 'sold'.

New third-party ad partner (Ozone) gets your device, location, and browsing data
Rightmove added a new company, Ozone, that can receive your IP address, approximate location, device/browser details, cookie IDs, and how you use Rightmove pages, in order to help decide which ads to show you and build audience segments across other websites Ozone works with, not just Rightmove. This expands the number of outside companies that get a picture of your online activity.
