The copy of this document that reached us is broken: almost every Russian character arrived as a replacement symbol (mojibake), so the words themselves cannot be read. Because of that, this review can only report the shape of the change, not what it says. Two structural things happened. First, a bulleted list of items — the list that ends just before clause 5.1.3, and whose last old entry was the 'Cookie-' one — gained six new bullets (the old final period was changed to a semicolon to make room). Second, a brand-new numbered sub-clause, 6.5.5.1, was inserted right after clause 6.5.5, with four sub-bullets under it. Only two fragments anywhere in the new text are legible: 'IP-' in the first sub-bullet and 'URL-' in the second. Everything else — the six new list items, the other two sub-bullets, the section headings, and any conditions attached to the new clause — is unreadable. We are not going to guess at their meaning. A readable copy of the policy is needed before anyone can say whether this change helps or hurts users.
A data list expanded by six entries that nobody can read
A bulleted list — legible entries elsewhere in it include 'IP-' and 'Cookie-', so it appears to describe kinds of data — got six more bullets. Lists like this usually grow because more data is being collected or used, which is why we are flagging it. But the six new entries are completely unreadable in the copy we received, so we cannot tell you what was added, and we are not rating how serious it is. Treat this as 'something changed here, go look' rather than as a finding.
What you can do — Open the privacy policy directly in your browser, where the Russian text will display properly, and read the bullet list that appears just before clause 5.1.3.
New clause 6.5.5.1 refers to IP addresses and URLs — purpose unreadable
A new sub-clause was added that mentions IP addresses and URLs. Those are pieces of information that can identify you and show what pages you visited, so a new clause about them is worth a second look. However, the sentence that explains what the clause is for, the conditions that trigger it, and two of its four sub-bullets are all unreadable, so we cannot say whether this describes sharing data with anyone, storing it, or something else entirely. No severity beyond 'worth checking' can be assigned until the text can be read.
What you can do — Read clause 6.5.5.1 (and the clause 6.5.5 above it, for context) in a properly displayed copy of the policy before assuming anything about what it does.

ALSO IN THIS CHANGE, NOT TIED TO ONE LINE
- ± CHANGEDA bulleted list grew from its old entries to six more
The list of bullets that sits just above clause 5.1.3 got six new bullets added at the end. The old last bullet ended with a period; it now ends with a semicolon because more items follow it. We cannot tell you what the six new bullets say — every character in them came through as an unreadable replacement symbol. The two legible fragments elsewhere in this list are 'IP-' and 'Cookie-', which suggests it is a list of data types, but the new entries themselves are not readable.
- + ADDEDNew sub-clause 6.5.5.1 added, with four sub-bullets
A new numbered sub-clause, 6.5.5.1, was inserted directly after existing clause 6.5.5. It has four sub-bullets. The only readable pieces are 'IP-' at the start of the first sub-bullet and 'URL-' in the second; the words around them, plus the entire third and fourth sub-bullets and the sentence introducing the clause, are unreadable. So we can say this new clause refers to IP addresses and to web addresses (URLs), and nothing more. What it lets the company do with them, and under what conditions, cannot be read.
