Privacy Policy
OpenAI added a new summary table to the Privacy Policy's U.S. state disclosures section (Section 9). The table restates, in a compact format required by state privacy laws, the categories of personal data OpenAI already said it collects, how it already said it uses that data, and who it already said it discloses that data to. No new data practices, sharing partners, or retention rules are introduced — this is a required legal-disclosure summary of existing practices, not a policy change.

- + ADDEDNew summary table added to U.S. state privacy disclosures
OpenAI added a three-column table listing categories of personal data collected, how that data is used, and who it's disclosed to. This table is required under some U.S. state privacy laws and summarizes information already explained in more detail earlier in the policy (data collection, use, and disclosure sections). It doesn't describe any new data practice.
The following table provides additional information about the categories of Personal Data we collect and how we use and disclose that information.
