The terms cover Hindustan Times, LiveMint and Live Hindustan. The most important points for readers: you give HT a permanent, worldwide, sub-licensable licence over anything you post; paid plans and free trials auto-renew and fees are generally nonrefundable; HT can change the terms at any time and your continued use counts as agreement; and if you use their money-related features (loans, credit cards, insurance, credit score), you must settle disputes through arbitration in New Delhi before an arbitrator that HT itself picks, and you authorise HT to share your personal information with lenders and credit bureaus.Read the analysis
