利用規約 (Terms of Service)
Game8 added a full new set of rules for shipping physical goods through Game8 Store, which comes with new data sharing (your address goes to credit card issuers and delivery companies), limits on canceling or changing orders once shipped, time limits for reporting damaged/wrong items, and fees if a delivery fails because of you. One housekeeping edit also trims duplicate wording about the privacy policy link.
Your home address is now shared with your credit card company
If you use Game8 Store, your home address is now added to the personal details (name, birthdate, phone) that can be passed to your credit card issuer — and potentially transferred overseas — for fraud checks. This is a new category of personal data being shared compared to before.

Delivery info shared with outside shipping companies
To buy and receive physical goods, you must agree to let Game8 share your name, address, and phone number with the publisher and third-party warehouse/courier companies. This is new since physical goods are a new feature, and it's required — you can't opt out and still get a physical item shipped.

Game8 disclaims responsibility for shipping problems
Game8 now states it isn't actually your shipping contract partner and doesn't handle delivery itself — it just arranges it through other companies. This makes it harder to hold Game8 accountable if a courier loses or damages your package.

Can't cancel or change an order once it starts shipping
Previously there was no such rule for physical goods since Game8 Store didn't sell them. Now, once your order enters the shipping-prep stage, you lose the ability to cancel it or change the delivery address, except in cases where the product is defective.

What you can do — Double-check your order and address before checkout, since changes won't be possible after shipping prep begins.
Miss the damage-report deadline and you may lose your refund/exchange
If an item arrives damaged, wrong, or doesn't arrive at all, you now must report it within a time window Game8 sets and posts. If you report after that window closes, Game8 can simply refuse to help with a return, exchange, or compensation.

What you can do — Check items as soon as they arrive and report any damage or discrepancy to Game8's support channel right away.
You pay return shipping if you just change your mind
For 'change of mind' returns of physical items, you won't get back the shipping fee you already paid, and you must pay for the return shipping yourself. This doesn't apply if the product was defective or wrongly sent.

Re-shipping fee if you miss a delivery due to your own mistake
If a package can't be delivered because of something on your side (like refusing it or being unreachable), you can be charged the real cost of shipping it again. If you decline to have it re-shipped, your order is cancelled and you get the item price back, but not the shipping fee you already paid.

What you can do — Make sure your delivery address and availability are accurate to avoid extra reshipping charges.
