It explains how to send a copyright takedown notice to FunnyJunk and what six pieces of information the notice must include. Two things stand out for ordinary people: anything you send them may be posted publicly on other sites, and you have to solve a captcha before you can even see their contact email and DMCA agent address. The page also reminds you that filing a false takedown can get you sued, and that posters — not the site — own and are legally responsible for what they post.
Your name, address and phone number could be posted publicly
A copyright notice legally has to include your contact details. This page says everything you send may be archived publicly on various sites and shared with their lawyers. That means the personal information you are required to hand over could be republished where anyone can find it, including the person whose post you reported.

What you can do — If you file a takedown, use a business address, a dedicated email, and a phone number you don't mind being public — or have a lawyer or takedown service file on your behalf so their details appear instead of yours.
Contact details hidden behind a captcha
You cannot see the email address or the registered DMCA agent's address until you solve a captcha. It's a small hurdle, but it makes the legally required contact information harder to find and can be a problem for people using screen readers or other assistive tools.

What you can do — If the captcha won't load, FunnyJunk's registered DMCA agent is also listed for free in the US Copyright Office's public DMCA agent directory at dmca.copyright.gov.
Site pushes legal responsibility for posts onto users
The page states that people who post content own it and are legally liable for it, and points to Section 230 as protecting the site. This mostly restates existing US law, but it's a clear signal that if something you upload causes a legal problem, the site expects you to answer for it, not them.
