Terms and Conditions
This update is almost entirely a cosmetic cleanup — converting spelled-out web addresses into clickable links throughout the document. The one substantive change is that the definition of the company's 'Website' was broadened beyond faphouse.com and its subdomains to also cover 'all other related domain names' and any other site the company operates and identifies itself on, meaning these same Terms could automatically apply if the company launches or runs other properties.
These Terms may now cover other company websites, not just faphouse.com
The company widened what counts as 'the Website' these Terms apply to. Before, it was just faphouse.com and its subdomains. Now it also includes 'related domain names' and any other site the company runs and identifies itself as the provider on. In practice this means if the company launches or acquires another site, these same Terms (including the broad content license you grant and the liability limits) could apply there automatically, without a separate agreement. The impact is softened by wording that excludes sites the company doesn't own or isn't authorized to use.
