This update to the cookie/ad-partner list adds one entirely new advertising partner (Adchats LLC) that can collect device and browsing data, shifts how three existing partners (Adelaide Metrics, Microsoft Advertising, Project Agora) are allowed to use your data for ad-selection under 'legitimate interest' instead of requiring your consent, and expands the data categories collected by one unnamed partner. It also removes one ad partner (I.R.V. D.O.O.) entirely and shortens data retention for another partner (Ezoic), both of which are good for you. The remaining changes are cosmetic link/name updates.
New third-party ad partner can access your device and browsing data
A new company, Adchats LLC, was added as a data partner. If you consent, it can store or access information on your device, build ad-targeting profiles from your browsing activity, and use them to show you personalized ads, keeping some data for up to a year.

Adelaide Metrics can now use your data without asking first, for one purpose
Adelaide Metrics added a new use of your data ('develop and improve services') based on 'legitimate interest' instead of your consent. This means it can do this without you opting in.

Microsoft Advertising no longer needs your consent for an ad-selection purpose
Previously, Microsoft Advertising had to get your consent to 'use limited data to select advertising.' Now this purpose has moved under 'legitimate interest,' meaning it can do this without asking for your opt-in.
