What changed, in plain language

How reviews are made

The only change in this update is to Section 20 (Trademark Information), which now links to an online list of APA's trademarks instead of naming them directly in the text. This is a cosmetic wording change and does not affect your rights or obligations.

This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).

Changelog

  1. ± CHANGEDTrademark section rewritten to reference an external list

The section explaining which trademarks belong to APA no longer names them directly in the text. Instead, it says APA maintains several trademarks and points to a webpage with the full list. The rule about needing APA's written permission before using its trademarks is unchanged.

The word marks APA and American Psychological Association and our logo are trademarks owned by APA.

APA uses several trademarks and service marks to indicate the source of its products and services and takes great measures to maintain the goodwill associated with these marks.
